FILE DELIVERY

All design files will be provided upon completion of project in a JPG, PNG or PDF format.  You will receive a brand guide / style sheet including all font names and color information needed to maintain your brand.

CANCELLATION OF PROJECT

If the client fails to reply to emails or phones call in reference to the project, your project will be canceled and marked as incomplete. No refund will be provided and files will not be sent to the client until the project and payment has been completed.

PAYMENT

​

A 50% non refundable deposit is due prior to the beginning your design project, and will be applied to your total balance.  The final payment will be due upon all files being submitted to the client.  Paypal invoices will be provided to the customer, which will include the paypal processing fee.
